  • Music Ministry

    For those with an interest in music, we hope you will consider singing with the Chancel Choir, ringing bells in the Bell Choir, and singing or playing an instrument for a Ministry of Music presentation during worship.  You might also enjoy helping with the annual Children's Pageant at Christmas. Children, Youth, and Adults are all welcome and encouraged to share their talents at AUMC!




  • Relational Ministry

    If you are a "people person" or have the gift of relating to others, you might want to be a Liturgist or provide a Children’s Message for worship, Perhaps you would enjoy greeting people as an Usher or at the Welcome Canter on Sunday mornings. You could connect with the youth by becoming a Prayer Partner or helping in Junior Church during worship or Wednesday evening activities for kids and youth. You might also be interested in working with the Missions Team on service projects in the community. At AUMC we will provide you with many opportunities to use your "servant heart" as we seek to help others and grow the Kingdom of God in Archbold and the world!



  • SERVANT Ministry

    If your interests are more “behind the scenes” and want to serve God and lend a hand, help is always appreciated as we decorate the sanctuary and church during special seasons of the year, volunteering to light the Advent candles, helping prepare communion, setting up for and cleaning up after worship or other special events, preparing food and serving for the church, funerals, and community, or helping to keep the grounds around AUMC looking beautiful. Perhaps you would enjoy helping create a float for the annual Parade of Lights or serving free hot cocoa to the parade goers? Or you might enjoy helping with our annual Trunk or Treat for the Archbold Community! There are MANY ways you can become involved "behind the scenes" doing God's work and helping others in the process!
